My name is Nathan McNamar and I live in Penn Valley with my wife and two boys. I currently work as an Applied Learning Coach and Facilitator in the financial sector and have a long history of building successful teams through collaboration and creative thinking. I enjoy using my experience in critical thinking, problem solving and collaboration to the special education process. I have seen that when all the members of an IEP have the same goal, a successful and happy child receiving a fair and appropriate education, great things can happen. My goal is to empower parents of special education students to become an effective team member in their child's education through flexibility, collaboration, knowledge and effective communication with other team members.
