About Roots and Wings

The Roots & Wings Educational Foundation is a nonprofit public benefit corporation organized by members of the Penn Valley/Smartsville communities-at-large. The primary purpose of Roots & Wings is to provide resources that support and enhance the educational opportunities for the students attending Ready Springs, Vantage Point Charter, and Williams Ranch Schools.
